A stroll up the mountain
Inspired by the spirit of ancient Japan, the INARI kamidana is made with traditional joinery. The small Shōji doors are made of wooden lattice and rice paper, and the Torii gate evoques those found in small mountain temples.
Traditional Joinery
All our kamidana are designed to be assembled without the need for fasteners, through the clever use of traditional wood joinery and precise woodworking, so you can enjoy putting it together yourself. Watch the Video below for a quick overview, or go to the dedicated Assembly Instructions Page.
Characteristics
The shelve is a part of the structure, and it sports a hidden solution for wall-mounting. The temple fits a larger Ofuda than our smaller kamidana.
