Adding a Product to your Order
If you want to add to your order please contact us.
It is the best way to ensure you don't pay more than you have to for shipping or don't miss out on posible volume discounts.
Modifying or Cancelling an Order
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can do it yourself by logging in to your account and clicking on "Order History And Details".
From there, you'll be able to see your orders and modify or cancel them at will. If everything is OK, you should get a notification that confirms it.
If you have any doubt about the process or prefer us to help you with it please contact us.
If your Order has been shipped, please contact us to let us know as soon as posible. Also, you can:
- send it back at the time of delivery ( just refuse delivery ) and we will refund your order.
- return any product you decide you don't want anymore, until 15 days after delivery, and we'll refund you for the returned product.
- order again, if you want.
