Please read carefully the present conditions and our Privacy Policy and Terms of use before confirming your payment to place the order.

The hiring of products and / or services through www.daikukai.com can be done in two languages: English and Spanish.

DAIKUKAI will not keep a copy of these conditions linked to each purchase, so we recommend that you keep a copy of them in each purchase.

Order conditions

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase process until payment. Once the previous process is completed, you will receive an email with the purchase receipt and order confirmation.

When placing an order through www.daikukai.com you guarantee that you are fully authorized to use the corresponding credit or debit card and / or any other payment method, for example, PayPal. Only people with the necessary legal capacity to sign contracts related to the kind of goods and services proposed on this website can place orders at www.daikukai.com.

The fact of placing an order on www.daikukai.com is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of prices, description of the products for sale and general conditions of sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

You agree to use the website to make legally valid inquiries or requests. You are also obliged to provide us with certainty and correct your email address and other contact information such as name and surname, full address, email and telephone, stating that we can use this information to get in touch with you if it is necessary in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order correctly. You can identify errors in the data provided through the confirmation emails, if necessary, correct them through the Contact Page or by writing an email to info@daikukai.com

Availability

DAIKUKAI offers exclusive handmade products. Some of our products do not have previous stock, consequently, your order will begin to be managed once the user obtains the purchase receipt and the order confirmation. You can obtain information about the status of your order in your `Customer Account 'in the section` Order Status'.

All orders are subject to external causes, for example, if there are difficulties in supplying raw materials, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to place an order for these substitute products, we will reimburse you for any amount that you may have paid.

Shipment and Delivery

Shipments will be made from 4 to 8 weeks maximum (after having obtained the receipt and confirmation of purchase) on products without previous stock (custom). In the orders that have availability, the shipments will be made from 1 to 2 weeks (after having obtained the receipt and the confirmation of purchase). In the products made to measure will agree with the user / client an approximate date of shipment once the user / client gives us the approval (by means of the email) of the new design. Once your article is finished and your shipment is scheduled, DAIKUKAI and / or the corresponding parcel company will contact you by email or / and on the client page at www.daikukai.com to provide information about the number of tracking (whenever possible), so you can track the status of your shipment yourself.

If you have problems and / or doubts about the status of your shipment, immediately contact us via email at info@daikukai.com indicating and / or attaching the purchase receipt and the tracking number or delivery note / invoice number.

DAIKUKAI will not, under any circumstances, deliver orders in post office boxes.

DAIKUKAI undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the delivery address you indicate on the order form. If this is not the case, please contact us via email at info@daikukai.com attaching your purchase receipt.

You can request the delivery of the items, in another address and to another physical person different from the one linked in the payment or order receipt.

The parcel company will contact you in advance to agree on an approximate delivery schedule (only where the parcel service deems convenient). You need a phone number that you fill in the required field of the "Shipping Information" page.

In case of absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, a 2nd delivery attempt will be made. And on request a 3rd and last attempt. Contact via email to activate the 3rd delivery attempt.

If at the 3rd delivery attempt you are not in the agreed place. We will get in touch with you to know how to proceed.

Daikukai reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company for which the shipments are made, provided that such change does not cause a manifest loss to the customer.

The postage derived from the shipments of the items purchased will be reflected at the final moment of the purchase. The price will vary depending on the destination, whether National, European or International, of the weight and volume of the items purchased. These conditions may be modified.

For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that the package has been delivered at the moment of signing the receipt thereof. In the event that the parcel company does not have the `delivery / reception signature 'service and you / client has not contacted DAIKUKAI through the email info@daikukai.com, it will be understood that the delivery has taken place of the package after the following days: National 15 business days. Pricing and Payment

Orders can be made using the following modalities: Visa or Mastercard and through PayPal (secure online shopping system)

The charge on your card or bank account is made in real time through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity, once it has been verified that the data reported is correct.

In order to provide maximum security to the payment process, DAIKUKAI uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions. You can find additional information about the security of your data in the Privacy Policy section, in the Secure Payment section and in the PayPal Security Center.

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuer of the same. If this entity does not authorize the payment, DAIKUKAI will not be responsible for the delay / non-delivery, cancellation of the order and can not formalize any Contract with you.

DAIKUKAI reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer and adopt the measures it deems appropriate (including cancellation of the order) to ensure compliance with these conditions.

The prices of the products will be those published in www.daikukai.com at all times. These prices include the VAT in force. The price must be paid in full when making the purchase.

If you live outside the European Union or in places exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax) in the final invoice, 21% of this tax will be eliminated. These places have their own taxes that you will have to liquidate at your destination. More information in Terms and Conditions of Use.

DAIKUKAI reserves the right to modify at any time the sale prices listed on www.daikukai.com. The items are billed based on the rates in force at the time the order is registered, subject to availability on that date.

Product warranty

In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, DAIKUKAI responds to the lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of two years from the delivery.

In the case of lack of conformity, you must inform us within two months of being aware of it through email info@daikukai.com indicating your data, purchase invoice number and the anomaly detected. Failure to comply with this deadline will not result in the loss of the guarantee, but you will nevertheless be responsible for the damages or losses caused by the delay in the communication. In the case of a manufacturing defect, DAIKUKAI will be responsible for the costs of return, as well as expenses related to labor and materials.

The item to return must be properly packaged and keep all accessories, boxes and instructions of origin to be returned.

The guarantee will lose its validity in case of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, wear, installation or misuse of the product, improper handling or use/assemblage not in accordance with the instructions of DAIKUKAI (video or written), accessible in each product page and/or instructions sent to the client by the email indicated in his/her client account.

Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by DAIKUKAI are also excluded from the guarantee.

Liability and liability exemption

DAIKUKAI can not be held responsible for the breach of the contract signed in case of exhaustion of stocks or unavailability of the product, force majeure, interruption of activity or total or partial strike, especially of postal services, customs procedures and means of transport or communications, floods or fire.

The provisions of this clause will not affect your rights recognized by law as a consumer, nor your right to withdraw from the contract.

DAIKUKAI can not be held responsible by a customer or a third party for indirect damages, losses of exploitation or loss of profits that occurred through the medium that was, although such damage, loss or damage would have been foreseeable by DAIKUKAI or if its eventuality had been brought to its attention. .

Subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, the liability of DAIKUKAI under these general conditions may not exceed an amount equal to the amounts paid after the transaction that is at the origin of such liability, whatever the cause or the form of the action in question.

Delivery deadlines

The delivery time of each product depends on multiple factors such as destination, available stocks of raw material, calendar of holidays, customs procedures, illness etc.

Once your article is finished and your delivery is scheduled, DAIKUKAI and / or the corresponding parcel company will contact you by email or phone number. On your "customer page" you will find information about the tracking number (as long as the parcel service provides it), so you can carry out a virtual follow-up of the status of your shipment that includes at all times an approximate estimate of the delivery time applicable.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs will be those published on the web. These expenses will be added to the price of the products and will be clearly shown before placing the order.

Cancellations, returns and changes

DAIKUKAI accepts cancellation of orders through email info@daikukai.com and Customer Service.

It also accepts cancellations and returns through the "Client Page" following the following instructions:

  • Select the order where the item to be returned is located.
  • Select the product. Check the box next to the name of the product you want to return.
  • Click on the "RMA return ticket" button. If the form has been filled out successfully, a notice will appear on your "Client Page."

The reimbursement process can take several steps, which will be indicated through the "RMA State" in your "Client Page":

  • Waiting confirmation.
  • Waiting for package.
  • Received packet.

  • Returned completed.

If the order has already been sent, the request for cancellation will be considered as a withdrawal and must comply with the provisions of the following section Right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 15 calendar days without the need for justification. The consumer must bear the direct costs of the return of the goods:

  • You can return the products you do not want. You have 15 calendar days. We will make the corresponding refund for the returned product.
  • You can refuse a delivery. We will make a full refund.
  • If you want to add a product to your unsent order, write us an email.



Returns of defective products

If you consider, at the time of delivery, that the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you should contact DAIKUKAI immediately by sending an email to info@daikukai.com or in the Service Desk section to the Client, facilitating the commercial invoice as well as the damage suffered. DAIKUKAI may request the shipment of photographs with product defects.

Once the notification is received DAIKUKAI will contact you to inform you about how to proceed.

You can send a return request from your "Client Page":

  3. Select the product. Check the box next to the name of the product you want to return.

If the order has already been sent:

The request for cancellation will be considered as a withdrawal and must comply with the provisions of the following section Right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal:

In the case of partial returns (those in which items that were purchased in an order together with other items are returned), only the price of the returned items will be reimbursed: transport costs, customs procedures and other expenses will not be returned.

The refund will be made on the same credit / debit card used to pay for the purchase or through PayPal if this is your payment option.

Nullity and ineffectiveness of clauses

If any clause included in these conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity will affect only that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, subsisting in all other conditions.
